Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating job offers
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to address staffing needs and ensure timely and quality candidate selection
  • Track recruitment progress in the applicant tracking system to meet hiring metrics and goals
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of recruiting/sourcing experience in corporate recruiting
  • Experience with HR applications and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience in Engineering or IT recruiting is preferred
