Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter - GTM, G&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, People, Finance/Accounting, and Operations teams
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Own sourcing efforts to proactively identify and engage top talent through various channels

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments
• Advanced sourcing skills for niche or hard-to-fill roles
• Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
• Familiarity with DEI recruiting best practices
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
