Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter II who is passionate about managing the end-to-end hiring process for sales and go-to-market roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to manage the end-to-end hiring process for multiple roles
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline while promoting diversity and inclusion in recruitment efforts
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify improvements and provide data-driven recommendations
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, including high-volume roles
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or go-to-market recruiting
  • Experience communicating with senior leaders in a mid-size or startup environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and recruiting partners
  • High competency in recruiting software tools and sources
