Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including strategy development, sourcing, screening, and interviewing

Required Qualifications

• College degree with a concentration in Human Resources preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of agency recruitment experience in a high-volume environment
• Strong understanding of behavioral interviewing best practices
• Proficiency in sourcing talent through various tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter
• Demonstrated ability to build influential relationships with candidates
