Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating job offers
• Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs and ensure quality candidate selection
• Track recruitment progress and maintain metrics in the applicant tracking system

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
• 1-3 years of recruiting/sourcing experience in a corporate environment
• Proficiency in HR applications and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience in Engineering or IT recruiting is preferred
• Master's degree is a plus
