Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with hiring managers to understand position requirements and qualifications
• Creates engaging job postings and identifies suitable job boards for candidate outreach
• Conducts candidate screenings and manages the recruitment process, including offer negotiations and onboarding

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in recruiting for GTM, Customer Success, and Sales roles in the SaaS industry
• Experience in a high-growth company environment
• 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency setting
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever)
