Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting and enhance talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies
• Oversee the end-to-end interview process, utilizing automation tools for efficiency
• Design and implement tailored sourcing strategies while ensuring compliance with employment laws

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth environments
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
• Experience in recruiting within the fiber, telecom, construction, or field services industries preferred
• Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with business leaders and stakeholders
