Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth environments
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
  • Experience in recruiting within the fiber, telecom, construction, or field services industries preferred
  • Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with business leaders and stakeholders
