Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process and end-to-end hiring for various departments
• Conduct candidate prospecting using diverse recruitment strategies
• Provide strategic partnership with leaders to execute the hiring plan efficiently

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
• 4+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience for technical B2B sellers
• 2+ years of candidate sourcing experience
• Proven track record of achieving sourcing targets and hiring goals
• Strong stakeholder management experience
