Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with hiring managers on sourcing strategies and candidate assessment
• Manage full life-cycle recruiting and provide consultation for complex roles
• Develop workforce strategies and maintain relationships with key talent

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of recruiting or applicable HR experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of employment laws
• 5+ years sourcing experience in full desk recruitment
• Experience recruiting Director level corporate roles
