Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to manage its talent acquisition function as the sole TA professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit across all departments and seniority levels, including executive placements
- Serve as the primary talent partner to department heads and influence hiring strategy
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics and continuously optimize recruiting processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth startups
- Proven success managing multiple concurrent requisitions
- Experience recruiting across various functions and levels, including senior/executive hires
- Strong stakeholder management and trusted advisor relationships
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and experience tracking recruiting metrics
