Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to manage its talent acquisition function as the sole TA professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit across all departments and seniority levels, including executive placements
  • Serve as the primary talent partner to department heads and influence hiring strategy
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics and continuously optimize recruiting processes
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth startups
  • Proven success managing multiple concurrent requisitions
  • Experience recruiting across various functions and levels, including senior/executive hires
  • Strong stakeholder management and trusted advisor relationships
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and experience tracking recruiting metrics
