Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to manage the full life-cycle talent acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing strategies and delivering a diverse talent pool
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and provide consultancy throughout the recruitment process
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes while ensuring compliance with legal requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in Education or Technology, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience
  • Experience implementing creative sourcing strategies
  • Proven ability to source and screen candidates across multiple disciplines
