Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience, preferably in the AEC industry
• Proven success in full lifecycle recruiting for niche roles
• Ability to generate and present detailed recruitment reports and metrics
• Track record of identifying and implementing process improvements in talent acquisition
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office tools
