Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Recruiter for a 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Perform full life cycle recruiting and support other functional areas as needed
Drive the offer process, including salary negotiations and candidate closure
Partner with business leaders and HR to assess talent requirements and create staffing strategies

Required Qualifications

University Degree or equivalent experience with 10-15 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 8-10 years of experience
Experience in developing and implementing talent strategies to hire critical talent
Proficient in proactive sourcing and managing talent pipelines
Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
