Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter responsible for driving full cycle recruiting across enterprise go to market, technical, and G&A roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and assess top enterprise GTM and technical talent
  • Screen candidates efficiently while maintaining high talent standards
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership on headcount planning and process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in fast-growing Seed through Series B startups
  • Strong track record sourcing and closing enterprise GTM talent
  • Experience recruiting technical roles (engineering, AI/ML, product)
  • High judgment talent evaluator; able to distinguish A players quickly
  • Ability to operate independently and with urgency in a fast-paced environment
