Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Executive Recruiter on a temporary basis, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide consultative guidance throughout the recruiting process
  • Develop and execute strategic recruiting and sourcing plans tailored to specific client groups
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of diverse, highly qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Minimum of 7 years of full life cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting in Payor/Provider, Revenue Cycle Management, Value-Based Care, or Healthcare Information Technology
  • Strong background in managing hiring manager relationships and delivering consultative recruitment support
  • Prior experience in a recruitment agency or search firm is highly desirable
