Required Qualifications

• Experience working with KPIs & OKRs in an agile methodology framework
• Strong analytical skills for developing and maintaining recruitment metrics
• Ability to ask critical questions and move candidates forward in the process
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with urgency
