Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter based in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 20-30 active staffing requisitions and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
• Leverage data-driven recruiting practices to track metrics and support business decisions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in high-volume IT recruiting
• Minimum 5 years in a Senior Recruiter capacity with experience in niche and executive-level roles
• Proficient in ATS systems and advanced sourcing tools
• Experience mentoring or training junior recruiters
• Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
