Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in research, sourcing, or talent intelligence in biopharmaceutical or healthcare sectors
  • Proven experience sourcing executive-level talent (VP+) in complex organizations
  • Strong expertise in organizational mapping and competitive intelligence
  • Advanced proficiency with sourcing technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter and CRMs
  • Strong project management capabilities and ability to handle confidential information
