Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter - III to lead executive-level talent research and sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead executive-level talent research, including organizational mapping and market intelligence
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse executive talent pipelines
• Collaborate with Executive Recruiters and stakeholders to align talent profiles with hiring needs

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in research, sourcing, or talent intelligence in biopharmaceutical or healthcare sectors
• Proven experience sourcing executive-level talent (VP+) in complex organizations
• Strong expertise in organizational mapping and competitive intelligence
• Advanced proficiency with sourcing technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter and CRMs
• Strong project management capabilities and ability to handle confidential information
