Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter - III to lead executive-level talent research and sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead executive-level talent research, including organizational mapping and market intelligence
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse executive talent pipelines
- Collaborate with Executive Recruiters and stakeholders to align talent profiles with hiring needs
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in research, sourcing, or talent intelligence in biopharmaceutical or healthcare sectors
- Proven experience sourcing executive-level talent (VP+) in complex organizations
- Strong expertise in organizational mapping and competitive intelligence
- Advanced proficiency with sourcing technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter and CRMs
- Strong project management capabilities and ability to handle confidential information
