Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, focusing on senior leadership and executive-level searches
• Proven experience in technology-enabled, SaaS, health tech, or high-growth environments
• Strong executive presence and ability to partner with C-suite and senior leaders
• Deep expertise in proactive sourcing and closing senior-level passive candidates
• Ability to operate with urgency and independence in a fast-moving environment
