A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition efforts across the US and EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for US-based GTM roles, from sourcing to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to design and execute interview processes and training
• Build and maintain recruiting metrics and employer brand strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in GTM roles within enterprise software or B2B SaaS
• 2+ years of startup or scale-up experience in fast-paced environments
• Proven track record in high-talent-density hiring environments
• Strong outbound sourcing skills for niche talent
• Deep experience with modern ATS platforms and data-driven decision-making
