Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored recruiting strategies
  • Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining a high standard for talent quality and build strong talent pipelines
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or technology environment
  • Proven experience recruiting across multiple functions, including engineering, product, sales, and customer success
  • Experience working in an early- to mid-stage startup
  • Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technical domains
  • Strong sourcing skills with a track record of successfully filling hard-to-hire roles
