Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting and enhance hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer, ensuring quality and candidate experience
- Apply and champion the Who hiring framework across searches and guide hiring managers
- Build and manage candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies and optimize ATS workflows
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a private-equity-backed or high-growth environment
- Demonstrated success in hiring high-performing talent with strong judgment on role fit
- Experience with structured hiring methodologies, particularly Who: The A Method for Hiring
- Strong expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive sourcing strategies
- Ability to manage large applicant volumes while maintaining quality and fairness
