Job Summary

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with 3+ years in a high-growth tech startup
  • Experience recruiting technical and non-technical roles in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Hands-on recruiting experience in US, Canada, LATAM, and EU markets
  • Strong understanding of fast-paced recruitment environments and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Passion for data-driven recruiting and familiarity with ATS and reporting tools
