Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter II who will play a critical role in shaping and executing talent acquisition strategies for senior and specialized roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and strategize complex recruitment campaigns for senior and specialized positions
  • Serve as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders, providing market intelligence and consultative guidance
  • Mentor junior team members and enhance the candidate assessment process to align with strategic objectives


Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting
  • Experience in recruiting within the life sciences or clinical research industry
  • 7+ years of experience advising senior leaders, including executive-level stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
