Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for senior and specialized roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and strategize complex recruitment campaigns aligned with organizational goals
• Shape recruitment strategy and provide strategic guidance to hiring managers
• Mentor junior team members and manage recruitment projects across cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience
• 5+ years of experience advising senior leaders, including executive-level stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
