Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define competencies, draft job descriptions, and establish interview workflows
• Lead the recruitment strategy for EMEA and APAC offices, ensuring effective hiring practices across global markets
• Execute full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and managing interviews for diverse roles

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS company
• Proven track record of hiring for both technical and non-technical roles
• Experience recruiting within the EMEA or APAC regions
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions while maintaining quality standards
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
