Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment for the Project & Development Services Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full life cycle recruitment for various roles within the Project & Development Services business line
  • Generate a diverse candidate population using multiple sourcing methods and develop candidate talent pipelines
  • Partner with hiring managers to create effective recruitment strategies and provide insights on labor market trends
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7-10+ years of progressive recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in Life Sciences and/or Construction Management
  • Experience in both candidate recruitment and business development
  • Strong hiring manager influencing skills and labor market expertise
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with recruitment management tools is a plus
