Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment for the Project & Development Services Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full life cycle recruitment for various roles within the Project & Development Services business line
- Generate a diverse candidate population using multiple sourcing methods and develop candidate talent pipelines
- Partner with hiring managers to create effective recruitment strategies and provide insights on labor market trends
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7-10+ years of progressive recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in Life Sciences and/or Construction Management
- Experience in both candidate recruitment and business development
- Strong hiring manager influencing skills and labor market expertise
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with recruitment management tools is a plus
