Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and role requirements
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans and maintain accurate data in the ATS

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
• Proven experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Experience using an ATS and sourcing tools
• Ability to build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
