Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience required, preferably in healthcare or technical recruiting
• Proven success in sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
