Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring across various teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruiting processes for various roles including GTM, operations, finance, engineering, and ML
  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team to develop effective sourcing and recruiting strategies
  • Manage candidate experience and maintain structured interview processes while tracking recruiting metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in GTM talent acquisition
  • Experience recruiting software engineers and ML/AI talent
  • Proficiency with Ashby (ATS) and Rippling (HRIS)
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple searches concurrently
  • Experience collaborating with senior leadership on hiring strategies
