- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies while collaborating with hiring managers to assess candidates
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in an in-house role
- 2+ years of experience recruiting for senior-level positions
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms
- Experience in sales recruiting within a high-volume setting
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while meeting objectives and deadlines
