Key Responsibilities

Perform full life-cycle recruiting and utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent
Manage open job requisitions, update Workday ATS, and report on recruiting metrics and accomplishments
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies while collaborating with hiring managers to assess candidates

Required Qualifications

5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in an in-house role
2+ years of experience recruiting for senior-level positions
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms
Experience in sales recruiting within a high-volume setting
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while meeting objectives and deadlines
