• Proven success in sourcing and hiring high-performing sales professionals
• Deep understanding of sales competencies and performance metrics
• Proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, iCIMS, Workday)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
