Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in technology or cybersecurity
• Experience hiring for enterprise software roles
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
• Ability to influence hiring managers and manage competing priorities
• Experience with ATS platforms such as iCIMS or similar
