Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to manage full life cycle recruitment for various roles across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sourcing and recruitment processes for full-time exempt roles across multiple functions
- Partner with HR and business leaders to develop and execute hiring plans, ensuring compliance and effective recruitment practices
- Create and manage talent pipelines while implementing strategies to enhance the quality of hire and diversity metrics
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources, with at least 3 years in direct recruitment
- Extensive experience in direct recruiting without agency involvement
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions at various stages of the recruiting process
- Fluency in Workday or similar applicant tracking systems
- Proven experience in assessing and selecting exceptional talent
