Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to manage full life cycle recruitment for various roles across North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sourcing and recruitment processes for full-time exempt roles across multiple functions
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to develop and execute hiring plans, ensuring compliance and effective recruitment practices
  • Create and manage talent pipelines while implementing strategies to enhance the quality of hire and diversity metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources, with at least 3 years in direct recruitment
  • Extensive experience in direct recruiting without agency involvement
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions at various stages of the recruiting process
  • Fluency in Workday or similar applicant tracking systems
  • Proven experience in assessing and selecting exceptional talent
