Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate and technical recruiting experience
• Experience in high growth technical/scientific research environments
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
• Proven ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams
• Experience managing multiple searches and projects simultaneously
