Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join their People Ops team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for various roles across Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines
Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in marketing, customer service, operations, or finance
  • Minimum 3 years of in-house recruiting experience for digital marketing roles
  • Experience in healthtech, digital health, or telemedicine preferred
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and modern sourcing tools
  • Ability to manage a dynamic workload in a fast-paced environment
