Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join their People Ops team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for various roles across Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in marketing, customer service, operations, or finance
- Minimum 3 years of in-house recruiting experience for digital marketing roles
- Experience in healthtech, digital health, or telemedicine preferred
- Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and modern sourcing tools
- Ability to manage a dynamic workload in a fast-paced environment
