Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting candidates using various resources
Establishing relationships with candidates and communicating job details
Updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and presenting hiring statistics to management

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree is preferred
5+ years' recruiting experience, preferably in nuclear, energy, and/or Engineering roles
5+ years' experience with high-volume, MSP clients
Must have an assertive "hunter" mindset
Proven experience with sourcing, qualifying, and vetting candidates
