Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and leadership to align recruitment strategies with business objectives
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for various roles, focusing on sales, technical, and engineering positions
  • Establish scalable recruiting processes and utilize ATS for requisition management and reporting
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive recruitment experience across multiple business functions
  • Proven track record in high-growth technology environments
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse
  • Expert sourcing skills and experience in building recruiting processes
