Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Recruiter to support its Talent Acquisition function in a high-growth cybersecurity environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HRBPs and leadership to align recruitment strategies with business objectives
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for various roles, focusing on sales, technical, and engineering positions
- Establish scalable recruiting processes and utilize ATS for requisition management and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 8+ years of progressive recruitment experience across multiple business functions
- Proven track record in high-growth technology environments
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse
- Expert sourcing skills and experience in building recruiting processes
