Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Non-Technical Recruiter for a 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all non-technical organizations
- Act as a talent advisor to department heads and executives, providing market insights
- Execute creative sourcing strategies to engage passive talent for high-priority roles
Required Qualifications
- Immediate availability to start interviewing within 48 hours
- 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for diverse non-technical functions
- Expertise in Greenhouse ATS without the need for training
- Ability to pivot between various recruitment needs, such as Finance and Creative roles
- Strong capability to influence hiring managers and lead offer negotiations
