Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Non-Technical Recruiter for a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all non-technical organizations
  • Act as a talent advisor to department heads and executives, providing market insights
  • Execute creative sourcing strategies to engage passive talent for high-priority roles
Required Qualifications
  • Immediate availability to start interviewing within 48 hours
  • 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for diverse non-technical functions
  • Expertise in Greenhouse ATS without the need for training
  • Ability to pivot between various recruitment needs, such as Finance and Creative roles
  • Strong capability to influence hiring managers and lead offer negotiations
