Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter who will be responsible for executing full life cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute full life cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions using established recruiting processes and tools
- Develop targeted sourcing approaches for competitive or specialized roles and partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Manage day-to-day recruiting activities, ensuring compliance with policies and maintaining accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional recruiting experience in lieu of a degree
- 3+ years of experience in a full cycle, hands-on recruiting role required
- Experience supporting professional, technical, or specialized roles preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
