Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles including sourcing and offer closing
• Develop and maintain a proactive sourcing strategy to identify passive talent
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure quality hires

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on GTM roles
• Strong network and ability to engage passive candidates
• Experience with Ashby or similar ATS for dashboards and reporting
• Proven track record of building pipelines and improving recruiting processes
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lean environment with ownership of outcomes
