Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Regional Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full life cycle recruiting process for multiple facilities within a designated geographic region
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a top talent pipeline
• Manage the interview and selection process to create a positive hiring manager experience

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of full cycle recruiting and sourcing experience
• Proven experience in driving recruiting initiatives
• Experience using an ATS, CRM, or other applicant database tool; Workday Recruiting preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media research
• Ability to work remotely and travel up to 10%
