Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute full life cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and support candidate evaluation
• Manage day-to-day recruiting activities, ensuring compliance with policies and timely requisition closure

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional recruiting experience
• 3+ years of experience in a full cycle, hands-on recruiting role
• Experience supporting professional, technical, or specialized roles preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities
