Qualifications & Requirements

• 4-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in health-tech and sales
• Proven success in high-volume recruiting environments with multiple priority roles
• Strong sourcing skills and an active professional network
• Experience in high-growth startups where recruiting significantly impacted revenue
• Highly organized and process-driven with a focus on clean data and documented workflows
