Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to drive talent acquisition efforts across various functional areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate pipeline management and offer negotiation
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • At least 5 years of experience in a recruiting role
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices
  • Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS), with preference for Greenhouse experience
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills to identify and engage top talent
