• Lead full cycle recruiting for various roles while balancing speed, quality, and experience
• Mentor teammates and support daily problem solving within the recruiting team

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of prior success recruiting in a high-impact, fast-moving environment
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches and client relationships
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on supporting and influencing others
• Strong sense of urgency and accountability in prioritization
