Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Executive Recruiter on a temporary basis, remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and manage relationships throughout the recruiting process
  • Develop and execute strategic recruiting and sourcing plans tailored to specific client groups
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of diverse, highly qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Minimum of 7 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, focusing on Payor/Provider, Revenue Cycle Management, Value-Based Care, or Healthcare Information Technology
  • Demonstrated ability to engage executive and leadership-level talent
  • Expertise in proactive sourcing, data mining, and candidate generation
  • Prior experience in a recruitment agency or search firm is highly desirable
