Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Executive Recruiter on a temporary basis, remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and manage relationships throughout the recruiting process
- Develop and execute strategic recruiting and sourcing plans tailored to specific client groups
- Build and maintain a pipeline of diverse, highly qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum of 7 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, focusing on Payor/Provider, Revenue Cycle Management, Value-Based Care, or Healthcare Information Technology
- Demonstrated ability to engage executive and leadership-level talent
- Expertise in proactive sourcing, data mining, and candidate generation
- Prior experience in a recruitment agency or search firm is highly desirable
