Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to manage strategic client recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, interview, and extend offers to qualified candidates for Sales and Retail Associate positions
• Manage the candidate process and act as an advocate for candidates throughout their journey
• Maintain documentation within the applicant tracking system and ensure adherence to equal employment opportunity laws

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred
• 1 year of relevant experience in recruiting, sourcing, or customer service call centers
• Passion for improving candidate and hiring manager experiences
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced, changing work environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Creative and driven with strong interpersonal skills and basic analytics knowledge
