Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to support recruiting efforts across U.S. operations in a remote, in-house role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for IT, quality assurance, manufacturing, and professional roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and manage the recruitment process
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates while maintaining accurate documentation in the ATS
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in IT or quality assurance
  • Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across various professional roles
  • Experience in fast-paced environments managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Familiarity with ATS, ideally Workday
  • Based in the U.S., preferably aligned to Eastern or Central time zones
