Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based companies across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and extending offers
  • Lead proactive sourcing efforts to identify and engage high-quality candidates for specialized and hard-to-fill roles
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and assist with HR-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination across multiple industries
  • Strong sourcing and talent-mapping background with experience filling specialized roles
  • Experience hiring for US-based roles and familiarity with US employment practices
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with CRM/HRIS tools is a plus
